Looking for some help

This skill seems amazing! and just what I was looking for. I just can't seem to get it to work.
My intent is to run a script called scan2.sh that opens a new terminal window and runs another script inside that window.

I have the skill installed and my ~/.mycroft/mycroft.conf looks like this

"scan": "/home/pi/scripts/scan2.sh"

}

However, when I say or type 'run scan" either by voice or in debug mode Mycroft returns "I don't understand "

sorry for the late reply, I'll do my best to help.

Is that the whole config or just a snippet. It doesn't look quite right...If the cmdskill is the only change you have the file should look like this:

  "max_allowed_core_version": 20.8,
  "CmdSkill": {
    "alias": {
      "scan": "/home/pi/scripts/scan2.sh"
    }
  }
}

When you start the mycroft-cli do you see any error messages about the config (before showing the CLI)?

If you in the cli enter :skills does the skill show up in yellow indicating it's been loaded successfully?

Hey thank you for this skill forslund. I got it working with one script in the json file how do I add another ? I am not used to json and I tried a lot of different configurations to add another alias. Could you help me with the syntax for adding multiple alias?
