UAE ID Card

The package is returning null while parsing the MRZ of the UAE ID Card. The MRZ is:

"8512051F2702238ARE<<<<<<<<<<<3", 
"LATIFA<MOHD<RASHED<ALMAKTOUM<<"

UAE ID Card uses a non-standard format that is unsupported by the package (you may read about standard formats here). The package throws InvalidMRZInputException, I guess you return null somewhere yourself or using the tryParse that swallows exceptions.

I'm happy to merge the pull request if you decide to add this format support.
