🐛 Description

Using 4 (maybe less) peers connected via the NetworkSimulator results in usually one of the peers having a really bad connection (freezing for seconds at a time). This does not happen with normal connections (ENet, WebRTC, Steam etc).

Steps to reproduce

Use NetworkSimulator with latency (the bigger the latency the more noticeable the issue) and 4 or more peers. At least one peer will have very bad connectivity

Expected behavior

All clients should have a good connection, especially since its only local UDP.
