System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

I did a test using Mono using fsharpi and got an exeception.
The same test script worked fine using Microsoft fsi.
I have attached the script and the output exception text.
In the file testing-charting-.output.txt you see version etc.

I am using fslab.1.0.2.nupkg

Is this an issue with FsLab / FSharp Charting or with Mono ?
