Description
Show a narrow mini-bandmap:
- it should be shown above the VFO controls over the full width of the main window but with a height, as narrow as possible to be still useful
- it should visualize the portion of the current band that is associated with the current mode (e.g. the CW portion of the 80m band)
- it should visualize the current VFO frequency
- it should visualize the spots in the relevant frequency range as simple graphical hints (a line or a dot, whatever works) using the same color coding as the spot list
- it should not show any textual information
The main purpose is to provide situational awareness:
- how many spots are there in the relevant frequency range
- how are the spots distributed over the relevant frequency range
- where am I relative to the spots
The frequency range for band and mode is taken from the bandplan. Therefor it is also necessary to be able set the relevant bandplan in the station configuration.
