Feature request: Allow Empty Group Creation and "New Group" Option During Subscription #2987

Use Cases
Currently managing subscriptions and groups feels unintuitive.
I can't create a group without adding a subscription first, which I have to add a placeholder for.
When I subscribe to a creator I can't add it to a group it doesn't already exist.
Which means I have to go through the process of first creating a group with a place holder then going back to a creator to subscribe and add to said group.
Proposal
Ideally I should be able to create a group without needing a subscription to be added.
As well as I should be able to create a group at the time of subscribing to a creator.
