integration of OSV #2035

I just came across https://osv.dev/ and think it would be a great addition to the existing data sources.
While there seem to be some overlap with existing data sources, Distributions like Alma or Rocky Linux seem to be currently not fully covered due to the latest developments.
Besides just using the datasources, using the osv schema for also storing the data could also simplify the code, to not have to deal with many different formats.
