Pulling wrong page when passed an old revision

If you pass a URL to an wikipedia page's history, this tool outputs the current version of the page, not the historical version.

It's because the title of that page is extracted from the URL you provide and then passed to the MediaWiki API endpoint. I'm not sure, I want to change this behavior. I'm leaving this open, maybe there are other opinions.
