/plan-ceo-review stack in the planning mode and started implementing the code

While using /plan-ceo-review for the planning phase the agent stuck in the plan mode

• when asking to save the plan in the md file in the root folder of the current project it did nothing (looks like the bunch of tokens were lost)
• when asking to gracefully interrupt the planning step, it provide the command that didn't work
• it started implementing the code what is not the responsibility of this agent
