input files and PSHA?

I'm new to this program, I have read many papers and manual but still I'm confused,

can I use this program to do a seismic hazard assessment like crisis or ezfrisk and etc?

I have prepared a config file for my region but I want to know that how can I create these files?

"gmpe_logic_tree.xml", "source_model.xml" and "source_model_logic_tree.xml"

and in Calculation part of configuration file which kind of value or range should I use for intensity_measure_types_and_levels ?
