When is 3.12.3 supposed to come out?

I can't believe that the grpc thing was fixed minutes after 3.12.2 dropped. There haven't been any pushes in a week, why not just put 3.12.3 out or take down 3.12.2 and put it back up with the critical vulnerability resolved?

Do you have any indication that the GRPC issue affects SOPS? Did you read #2116 (comment) ?

ah i see. I searched the phrase 3.12.3 to see if it was brought up before. i'll need to see if we ever use keyserver or not.
