Xconfig does not removed virtualbox packages on non-virtualbox system

Booting from my T580, I see a virtual box error on the desktop.

### Explain how to reproduce the bug?

Boot the 26.01-15.0b2 on a real machine.

### What is the Expected behavior (if applicable)

Xconfig should uninstall Virtualbox.
