Thanks for sharing those great materials.
In section 12.4.4, it is indicated that the full code of the 2 DES approaches presented in the chapter should be available in online appendix and that the code for 2 other approaches of the DES would be available in this online appendix. The code in the GitHub repo for the DES does not seem to include them.
Anything I miss?
