Issue with SSL with Python 3.13

Thank you for the new generated base image with Python 3.13. However, I am facing an issue with Pika using Python 3.13 (ssl.SSLError: Cannot create a client socket with a PROTOCOL_TLS_SERVER context (_ssl.c:801)). Would it be possible for you to generate Python 3.8 for me?
