approval flow in agents is completely broken for "no, and tell copilot what to do..."

Describe the bug

When a "sub agent" is being used, the apporval flow for "no, and tell copilot..." does the "no" but does not allow for "tell copilot what to do". It just continues processing (I assume on the main copilot thread).

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. run something with an agent that requires approval
2. select "no, tell what to do"
3. note it keeps running (but doing something else)

Expected behavior

allow the user to enter in the "something else" that was selected

Hi @dogmatic69 we just fixed this in .380!

During a rejection you can give a feedback inline:

This allows the agent (outer or sub) to continue its loop:
