metadown_r2 hang up on process1.glos.us

I was working on updating habs code base on github for 45176b and noticed that process1.glos.us cpu is 100% all the time. There is a hanging up metadown_r2 script with PID 28611.

Could someone take a look? I am not sure if I can simply kill it.
