Option to force run task

It would be nice if the extension provides an option to run the task with --force option.

@vijaybandari How do you imagine the UX for this? Would a right-click context menu with a "Force Run" option be satisfactory? I'm reluctant to continue adding commands for running a task with a flag as there are too many permutations.
