Consider migration to Open/Common Parts Library

When attempting to source the materials for the board as well as collaborate on revisions it would be nice to consider the use of the common parts library.

Pros:
This would allow users to easily access datasheets, compare compatible devices, and check on the life cycle of parts.

Cons:
I personally am not an expert in Eagle so I'm note sure if there are any easy ways to handle updating these devices so this could mean a non-trivial amount of work in swapping parts.

I took a glance, and some parts would be straightforward to convert after #25 is done. I would argue that KK (or KF2510) fits our needs better than XH though, thinking about ability to crimp with everyday tools. It might also be worth experimenting with replacing the driver IC with individual mosfets.

If the list is in active development, would be nice to get AO3400/3401 mosfets, 2x20 female headers, and a through-hole power jack added to it.
