I checked this. These 3 positives are false positives from little-known antiviruses; there is nothing dangerous in this file. In any case, you can download the source code and compile the binary yourself.

If anyone has experience on how to add an exception to virustotal or what needs to be done to remove this false positive trigger, I am open to advice.
