journal_disambig: look for standard list

I uploaded the function just as place holder, but I don't totally understand how to best work with columns in function building. So I can read about that and modify the function as needed. I also want to scrape a list of journal abbreviations, but still working to find a good list:

follow up note that I think this is a B-level priority, because in theory citationMatch should be quite robust to journal name messiness? to the extent journal name clean up matters for classificaiton, that might be a different story, but I suspect it doesn't matter much?
