Update @gravity-ui/tsconfig repo to work with latest UIKit version

Objective

In recent major release uikit migrated to using exports in package.json. This change is not compatible with latest @gravity-ui/tsconfig version.

Solution Proposal

We should consider adding moduleResolution: bundler to our config. And probably to revisit it content in general.

Definition of done

All Gravity-UI libraries works with default config from @gravity-ui/tsconfig

Not sure about setting moduleResolution: 'bundler'. I would leave it as default, for general ESM projects. But totally agreed to update config's content
