Would you please let me know how can I generate an anatomical location report for electrodes that incorporates FreeSurfer subregion segmentation data on top of recon-all?
I have had segmented and added the following subregional files into subject's rave-imaging/fs/mri folder:
brainstemSsLabels.FSvoxelSpace.mgz
hypothalamic_subunits_seg.v1.mgz
rh.hippoAmygLabels.FSvoxelSpace.mgz
lh.hippoAmygLabels.FSvoxelSpace.mgz
ThalamicNuclei.FSvoxelSpace.mgz
Is there a way to add all the subregional information to the standard recon-all segmentation and provide a final location for each contact, or it is going to create separate report, using each subregion mgz file?
