[Feature Request] Filter to just a category/mark all read

I'd like to be able to have the filter for a category be strict, so I can just view that category.  Seems the filter is a fuzzy match.  Perhaps an option to make filters an exact match would be a fix and give the user a choice of how they would like to match.
