[Issue]: Make user dashboard

Task

When a user is authenticated with role "user", they should see tabs for "services", "children", "transactions". They shouldn't see the admin tabs such as "users" and "finance".

No need to do a full implementation of these tabs for now.

Acceptance Criteria

• When I log in as admin, the only tabs that I see are "Services", "Children" and "Transactions"
