Duplicate CA combinations on 28874 file decoded

Hi,

I've been trying to modify my 28874 file in order to add some CA combos to a Samsung S10e but something weird happen.
When I decode my original 28874 file I can see duplicated combos. And when I try to add some new lines and re encode the file cause the phone not getting any signal like a dead modem but once I return to the original file it works again. As you can see below there are lines duplicated like:
2A2A-2A4-14A2-66A4 12
2A2A-2A4-14A2-66A4 12
or
2A4-7A2A-7A4 10
2A4-7A2A-7A4 10
I'm adding the original file decode if someone want to take a look.
