The GitHub integration setup is no longer showing the repository list during the authorization and installation process. Previously, users could authorize the app, select specific repositories, and successfully complete configuration. [2, 3, 4, 5]
Yesterday, a test was conducted where a second workspace was created, and the same GitHub organization integration was added with "All Repositories" access. Following this action, the integration broke globally. Currently, the repository list configuration fails to work in both the old and the new workspaces. [6, 7]
Steps to Reproduce
- Connect GitHub integration in Workspace A (Initial state: working successfully).
- Create Workspace B.
- Install the GitHub app in Workspace B using the same GitHub Organization.
- Grant "All Repositories" access during the Workspace B setup.
- Return to Workspace A or check Workspace B configuration screens.
- Observe that the repository list fails to populate or load entirely. [8, 9, 10]
Expected Behavior
The app should fetch and display the authorized repository list independently for each workspace, regardless of whether multiple workspaces share the same GitHub Organization integration.
Actual Behavior
The repository list configuration is broken across all workspaces. The application fails to show any repositories, rendering the app configuration unusable. [11, 12]
Environment & Context
- Occurrence: Continuous (started yesterday after workspace duplication)
- Integration type: GitHub App / OAuth Installation
- Impact: High (Blocks repository syncing and app setup) [13, 14]
