Indeed. This has to do with the "keep on top" option.
This should be fixed in latest pre release v0.52, please give a try. There is still an issue: an always on top window always appears first in UI, as we use windows z order to build it. AFAIK, windows do no expose any other ordering we could use. It should be possible fix it by keeping track of AAS own order, but it requires some extra coding.

Thanks for the quick response.

I have tested the pre-release 0.52, it looks like it is fixing this issue and the other issue I opened but AltAppSwitcher itself is now crashing. I quickly tested 0.52/0.51 and this only seems to crash when I am specifically running KeePass or the JPEG & PNG Stripper program.

I have reverted back to 0.44 and everything appears stable once again.

I can't reproduce the crash, can you please post the content of AltAppSwitcherLog.txt?
Maybe it has to do with an antivirus since you might be one of the first user to run this .exe

Here's an example of an entry from AltAppSwitcherLog.txt. I do notice that Updater.exe is crashing if you do not allow it access to the internet. By default, I use a firewall that blocks outgoing connections unless I specifically allow it. I just noticed that this has always been the case with AltAppSwitcher since I started using it. My Windows Event Application logs are filled with errors regarding updater.exe.

This is appears to be a separate issue.
