More examples please!

It would be nice to put more examples of how to generate a combo chart of 2 line charts, for example. (Not a stacked area/line chart, just 2 line charts with 2 separate y axes.) It seems to me that this is possible but the only example, currently in the folder is the one with "fake data". How would I achieve this with a cross-filter?

@siklosg this library is entirely de-coupled from crossfilter.js so you would need to write your own implementation with it. Are you looking for an example of how to use mapd3 and crossfilter with MapD core (database)? Or a stand alone example?
