Options not set for typo3_console and coreapi detection #8
Description
When having the TYPO3 CMS in a subdirectory (not in the git root), the detection for typo3_console and coreapi fails due to missing options parameters. The option parameter "applicationRootDirectory" then cannot be added to the extension path for checking in the packageExists() method.
