Give the window a thin border

Let the window have thin borders so that the screen will not stick to other windows when there is no shadow effect.

@probonopd Please move the issue to be handled on the QtPlugin instead of here, as this should be handled on the QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME or QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE(qt theme), not here.
