Older SMS messages disappearing in GMAIL #194
Description
MY SMS works great. It backs up the messages. HOWEVER, when I try to look at
older messages in GMAIL, they have disappeared. For some contacts, it only
goes back one year, when I have messages longer than that. Any idea on a
setting to change and is it on the phone or in GMAIL?
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to know how to stop older SMS messages getting auto deleted from my
gmail account.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SIII on 4.3
