My issues and Pull request are deleted

I found 2–3 bugs and enhancements, created issues for them, and also opened pull requests with fixes. However, they are no longer visible under Issues or PRs. It feels like my entire day’s effort has gone to waste. I’m not sure whether this is a glitch that can be recovered or if my issues and PRs have been permanently removed. Should I wait and see if it resolves, or just move on and take a break?
