Update docs for profiling and debugging tools

Documentations for profiling and debugging tools are now separated to different sections:

• VTune/Cgdb: https://hpcde.github.io/cluster-docs/docs/users/software/tools
• GDB: https://hpcde.github.io/cluster-docs/docs/users/debug/gdb
• Score-P: https://hpcde.github.io/cluster-docs/docs/users/profile/scorep

It's better to group them into just two top sections: debug/ and profile/.

Tools like VTune, Score-P, HPCToolkit, and Cgdb should be further documented to illustrate how to analyze a program on the HPC&DE cluster.

Besides, it might be useful to write some examples on profiling/debugging programs on supercomputers like Tianhe2 or Sunway. This could be either put in the documentation or personal blogs.
