About Input Data Type

Hi,

We are trying to calculate expression distances based on your proposed model (in Gu et al. 2013) with our datasets in TPM. However, we found that your "TEconstruct()" function forces us to normalize our data since the default setting for the "normalize" argument is "TPM". Is there a method to input our datasets without having to normalize our data once again (since our data are already normalized)?
