Include a license

Would you be willing to add a license for PyScratch?

You can do it entirely [through the github interface](https://help.github.com/articles/adding-a-license-to-a-repository/).
If you're unsure which license you want, [here's a wizard](http://choosealicense.com). I use MIT for most of my vim plugins.
