Cosmetic updates for app and web component

Summary

Cosmetic adjustments to polish the FTU Explorer & web component before the next launch date.

Todo

• App: On browser window resize, the component header text wraps. Remove this behavior and refactor to get closer to the specification. The overall matrix component panel might need a slight increase in the min width.
• App & small-wc: For the FTU list component header, please use #FCFCFC
• App & small-wc: For the FTU list component header, line up the divider to the other component headers as specified
• App & small-wc matrix: Is it possible to use our scrollbar overlay components to get this closer to spec?
• App & small-wc matrix: Is it possible to remove the space or make the matrix fill the space? Asking because it looks like it is a mistake to have the matrix visually cut off before the horizontal scrollbar.
