@shirey To properly investigate the root causes of the entity-api issues—namely the 502 Bad Gateway, 504 Gateway Timeout, and "Max retries exceeded" errors (all of which indicate that requests to the entity-api are not receiving responses within the expected time window)—it's best to keep the 40-row limit for bulk sample registration in place for now. We can revisit increasing the limit once the entity-api stability issues have been fully identified and resolved.

@BirdMachine As you rework the bulk uploader, please make the 40-row limit on the UI side easy to adjust, particularly with respect to pagination and error handling, so we can update it smoothly in the future if needed.
