Extension does nothing

I've beenusing alanwalk/markdown-toc:master for years; but tonight hit a bug where that extension wasn't updating a very long MD file with many headers. So I looked for an update/alternative. I saw this fork and immediately installed.

It appears to do nothing when I right click Inert/Update TOC. Tried it on many files.

Thankfully, I just managed to restore from a backup the previous extension (since it's no longer available in the marketplace)
