Resource files should be re-loaded when re-imported

I try to import the resource file for the first time
Resource resouce.robot  #-------first time

and do some changes for resource.robot file above then re-import

Resource resouce.robot  #-------second time

for the second time, the import resources file could not show the changes i made above in robot execution
