Convert conversation to issue

As a user, I want to convert my conversation in the chat to an issue so it can be addressed later.

• Add a button "convert to issue".
• The button should add the text of the conversation and post it in an issue as a description.
• Chat messages should be archived and marked as saved with the issue id.
• A message in the conversation should be saved saying "Conversation moved to issue #number of the issue"
