Support override content for network requests

• Inspect version: 1.0.9
• Electron: 27.1.3
• OS version and architecture: win32 x64 10.0.19045
• Language: undefined

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Connect my ios device
2. Network / right click on one of the items in the name list.
3. When i inspect on desktop chrome inspect, there is an option 'override content' to enable local overrides and test different clientsettings or whatsoever. At inspect i cannot find this option. Is this available? How to use this?

@MirjamDG We don't support this at the moment due to limited APIs by Apple, but we will land this once possible.
