bug: NRPN MIDI Component causes UI to stop working or even crash.

Describe the bug
When a NRPN element is created the element works and can be sent to the unit but if the unit is disconnected and connected again and you examine the same component:

• It will show the wrong compact preview always showing _(0,99,) _
• If clicked it would not expand the component.
• The UI might become unresponsive and other elements will not respond to click actions.
• Sometimes the UI crashes and ask to re-start the editor.

The bug appears in both, web and local editor.

Tested on a EN16 unit with latest firmware and hardware version.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a NRPN component and configure it. Store it in the unit.
2. Go to another element or disconnet the unit.
3. Connect the unit again and navigate to the controller holding the NRPN element.
4. You will not be able to expand it and UI will become unstable after trying to click on it.

In some cases the UI crashes completely when creating the NRPN element and ask you to restart.

Expected behavior
Element should expand when clicked, UI should not exhibit erratic behavior after clicking on the NRPN element.

It seems that the bug is around line 129 in the MidiNRPN file. The following seems to solve it.

value = midiMSB[1]?.split("//")[0] ?? "";
