CamHAL[ERR] PSysDevice: Failed to open psys device No such file or directory

Currently using a Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 16" (960XHA. It has Intel ipu7 + OV02E10 sensor. Linux Kernel is 6.17.0-14-generic (Ubuntu 24.04), and I verified that the required kernel config flags are there. IPU7 is found, OC02E10 sensor file is loaded, ac you c an see below.

When performing the icamerasrc test, I get an error for which I found no hint googling. It is highlighted below.
"psys device: no such file or directory"

Any idea of where I should be looking for this psys device ?

FUrther investigation, I removed "buffer-count=7" and the test seems to work.
However, is still have no success getting an image from the camera.

I also point out one anomaly, while listing camera devices, it shows 32 devices, while other examples I found on ipu6-drivers only show one device
