I think all RMD files should be generated on the fly to avoid any syncing issues

I think we are finally here. The source really is the .ipynb now because of the "raises-exception" tag. We should add something about generating them via jupytext in the README.md

Actually, I think in 2026 I would go down the Marimo route and create everything from them. Much easier and avoids the ipynb json format
