MountainDuck: How to fix Sync Error

What I do:

• Have MountainDuck startet at Windows
• Have MountainDuck startet at macOS
• there are some files corrupted - I see them on Windows but they are not anymore at the FTP
• I renamed the parent parent folder of this (I defined it my "bad" folder) on the macOS
• The folder still shows up at windows
• I checked with CyberDuck and the new folder name is on FTP

What I see:

• on Windows there is no "mountain duck" option visible where I can restart a sync. Only the Option ("hold always local") is activated.

Question:

• How I can fix this sync error?

You should find the context menu actions on Windows as subitems in the Mountain Duck menu. In general if a file is not synced but local only you should be able to make it sync by renaming or saving the file.
