task: assets pipeline for fonts / logo / CSS

Goal

Ensure the committed branding assets (logo, fonts, CSS) are actually served to the browser, using the minimal sensible Symfony approach.

Scope

• Decide & wire how assets/ reaches the browser (AssetMapper vs public/).
• Keep scope minimal — this only needs to unblock the layout, colour, and typography work.
• If the decision is non-trivial, capture it in a short ADR via the itkdev-adr skill rather than inline in the issue.

Acceptance criteria

• Logo, fonts, and CSS load over HTTP in the running app.
• Approach documented (ADR if warranted).

Note

If #40 / the base-layout issue already establishes a serving mechanism, fold this into the base-layout issue and close this as not-needed.
