Use a template to config the workTree name and path displayed in the left panel

Thanks for the great work—I really like this extension!

One suggestion: the name and path shown in the left panel are quite long. It would be helpful if we could customize this to show only the worktree name instead of the full path. For example, in the screenshot, displaying haowchen/migrate-publish + would be much shorter and take less space. A possible template could be: "$BRANCH_NAME $BASE_NAME"

Regarding your suggestion, I’ve added the git-worktree-manager.treeView.worktreeDescriptionTemplate configuration to adjust how the worktree path is displayed.

As for the worktree label, I don’t think it’s necessary to make any changes.
