Update ua-parser-js version

Hi,
clientjs latest version contains ua-parser-js 0.7.30, which is affected by a known vulnerability. The issue, if exploited
by an attacker, can lead to the disruption of the application.
The public CVE related to the ua-parser-js is CVE-2022-25927.

Could you please proceed to update the ua-parser-js to the latest version available and release a new version of the library?

@jackspirou decided to ignore this vulnerability and abandon this project. Anything else would be better, archiving the project would be better than leaving it as is. So many projects are unaware of this vulnerability, it's not even listed as vulnerable here https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.webjars.npm/clientjs/0.2.1
