Create additional API endpoints

These (and most likely some others) are still missing:

• search
• login / logout
• users
• submission updates (available, done, delete, likes / thumbsup)

Do we want to have a REST-y approach to this? I.e. something like this:

• search is just another GET /submission but with an additional query param => GET /submissions?search=foo
• all the different submission updates are just a PUT /submissions/:id or a DELETE /submissions/:id

Oh and "what to watch" could also just be a GET /submissions with query parameters like ?users=jbob,rene&onlyAvailable=true

More things now have API support:

• GET /api/submissions/[available|done|thumbs|delete]?id=submission_id (available, done, thumbs are toggles)
• POST /api/submissions/upsert => formData with id, link, comment. Without id => new submission
• GET /api/users/ and /users?id=user_id
• GET /api/search?search=query

login/logout is tricky, because to use the API it is currently necessary to be logged in in the first place.
