Shader want compile with NVIDIA GPU #7

Have a laptop with Intel integrated HD GPU and NVIDIA GTX850M. When switching to NVIDIA GPU the application throws an GL Error: InvalidOperation.

GL Version = 4.4.0
GL Shader Version = 4.40 NVIDIA via Cg compiler
